How we store it

All your information is stored and saved in our secure database. This database is stored on the servers of our webhost, who does not have access to its contents.

Some of your information is printed out, for accounting and order fulfillment purposes. These documents are kept secured within our offices.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

How we protect it

All of our systems are encrypted and password protected.

How you can access it

Most of your information can be accessed from your account within the website. By logging into your account, you will be able to view and update your information.

For any further information, please contact us by email. Upon request, you will be informed of the existence, use and disclosure of your Personal Information, and will be given access to it. You may verify the accuracy and completeness of your Personal Information, and may request that it be amended, if appropriate.
